• Each booking includes one set of ingredients and participation for one child aged 4 – 12, accompanied by to two adults.• Please make reservations at least one day in advance .
• To participate in the Baking Workshop, online booking is required. All bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. Once the transaction is successfully confirmed by Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel through a confirmation email, no amendment thereto shall be made.
• All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• A minimum of two bookings is required to form a class. Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop if the minimum class size is not met. Affected participants will be notified and offered a refund or alternative arrangement.
• Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel will provide all utensils, equipment and venue facilities required for the workshop. Participants shall be liable for compensation in the event of any loss of or damage to such items.
• Participants must arrive at the assembly point 5 minutes before the designated registration time with the original payment receipt or confirmation email for verification.
• Participants should take care of their personal belongings during the workshop. Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel shall not be responsible for any loss.
• Participants must follow the instructions of the instructor when using workshop equipment and tools. Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from a participant's failure to comply with such instructions.
• Private Baking Group Sessions require a minimum of 7 days' advance booking. Each session is subject to a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 8 participants. All arrangements are subject to availability.
• In case of Typhoon Signal No 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning has been issued, the activity will be rescheduled and participants will receive information for further arrangements.
• Pursuant to the Prevention & Control of Disease (Requirements & Directions) (Business & Premises) Regulation, all participants are required to follow the latest version of government policies before attending the workshop.
• Photos are for reference only.
• In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel shall be final and binding.
